Have you tried everything and still can't get colour into the lip?  Well now there's help.  Lip Primer prepares the lip for the desired color.  It balances out the undertones and provides a rich opaque base for the lip.  Make 1-2 passes with the Lip Primer, and then go over with the desired color.  Evens out lip tones for a more pleasing colour.  Makes colours more vibrantly visible!  Adds the opacity needed for translucent colours. Use alone for that client who wants "very natural" lipcolour.
